For purchases of original work, I will send you an email communication as friendly point of contact and thank you for your purchase, and to directly field any questions you may have.
Each work, unless otherwise noted, before shipping is presented in a glass dome display with a matte black base, signed, labeled and dated underneath, trimmed with cord and lined with an acid free colored suede mat. Not all finished work is mounted in it’s final glass dome display at the time of purchase, depending on the current schedule, mounting occurs between 2-10 days of the purchase.
For shipping, a minimum flat rate fee is provided for the United States and Canada, in instances where actual shipping fees exceed this flat rate an invoice for the difference will be sent before order/purchase is sent.
For custom orders (work not already made/finished)- work will begin on purchase within 7-14 days of receipt of payment and with the current schedule. I will send you an email notifying you of this progress. If you have need for an earlier schedule please ask, I will see if I can accommodate. Specimens used in custom orders are subject to slight color and shape variation due to Mother Nature.
Depending on current workload, fabrication schedule is subject to change, though the average turnaround time is between 4-12 weeks, yes, it can be a range, sometimes longer for more complex works, sometimes not. Upon completion of custom work, finished work will ship out to client provided address within one week of completion to customer provided address. The mechanical aesthetic of each customization is distinct between works- each is equally different and unique, like snowflakes.
